Join NCRS
Membership in the Quebec Chapter requires membership in the NCRS National (U.S.) organization. The National fee is US$52 per year. The Quebec Chapter fee is $25 per year or $45 for two years. The National fee should be paid directly to the NCRS National office in Ohio.
